Welcome to Salterforth Primary School
I hope that you enjoy browsing our website and gain an insight into the life of Salterforth Primary School. We are proud of our school, our pupils and all of their achievements.
Salterforth Primary school is a small rural school and one of our biggest strengths is our size – We are a small school with a big heart and we pride ourselves on the relationships we have with our children and their families. We are a happy, lively and welcoming school where everyone works together to give each of our children the very best opportunities we can. We work as a team in which parents, children, staff, governors and the wider community are involved in the education of our children. We firmly believe it takes a village to raise a child. Our children are at the heart of the school community and each and every one is valued and recognised for their unique qualities and talents. We strive for every child to reach their full potential academically, socially and emotionally with a smile on their face. Our website is packed full of useful information but the best way to really get a feel for who we are is to come in and see us in action. We would be delighted to welcome you for a tour of the school and a chance to speak to me and ask any questions.
Please call the school office to make an appointment.
